Hey There, I'm Glad To Be The First One To Comment Or Write Here .....
since i was young till now i was impressed by goal, i first started to play when i was 3 years old with my dad , mmm but do u know this is not our topic today.
I think i have to enter in the heart of the topic, we are going to talk about this world cup or what we call here in Lebanon "mondial". In reality I'm passioned in watching it.
I get down every day to the end of my town , at that point there is a hot cafe called brunch in which there is more than 12 Big Tv's but there is a lot of crowd there, so the police come and cut down the road , the cars cant go out, and every single person in the street, and we all say , FozA Brazil, Because in My Country 60 per cent of people loves Brazil and the rest is for germany and spain and argentine .....
Too Many Problems and Fights occurs almost every week betweek fans of The Samba and Manchaft , and that means between the supporters of Brazil and Those of Germany Respectively....
I adore the playing of those talented players playing in Brazil ....
They won 3-0 in facing Chili
and 3-1 in front of Ivory cost
    2-1 facing north korea.
    and 0 - 0 with portugal

In one word, they never lose .
    Brazil has been five times champion (1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, 2002)

I love Julio Cesar,Gilberto Silva , Jwan, Dani Alves,Robihino and many others ....
Remark : I'm not American , I'm from Lebanon , and my main language is Arabic, then french and finally English, so I'm sorry if u found that my accent is bad or whatever.

My story is short but impressive:
In the deep evening, earlier morning, to watch the games, it's so HARD, too hard to keep a fresh mind.
then, with this Vuvuzela app, can quite well hint me keep fresh and wont miss any exciting goal.

This is most exciting world cup for me. Its occurrence on African soil adds a nice flavor to it. Vuvuzila's cheers on all matches make the scene very fantastic.
In short, world cup is turning out to be a real unpredictable one; which is very good actually (we cannot define favorites). Defending champion Italy and France knocked out in early stages. Brazil and Portugal couldn't make it to Quarter Finals. Now we are left with three European and one South American team for the Semis..... and best thing is, we cannot predict who is going to turn out as victorious; keeping in mind the surprising results in this tournament so far.
My favorite match in this world cup was Ghana-Uruguay quarter final. I was cheering for Ghana; as it was only African team to go this far; plus arguably an underdog (I always cheer for an underdog in a competition). Ghana almost won that match ! Won until Gyan hit that frame bar. Alas; such a leading striker in the team and couldn't make it. How easy does it seem to aim at a corner in the goal net yet guys miss it. It was heart-breaking. To make things worse, they missed two penalties later in penalties shootout. Their captain, with no run-up kicked as if he was giving the 'dive and stop' practice to Uruguayan goal-keeper. Even I could have stopped that lazy, scrolling shot... So sad they lost the match.
This is another debate if Uruguayan player who stopped the ball with his hand was a cheat or a hero! Referee did was rules say; a red-card and a penalty kick. But what Uruguayan player did denied Ghana of a definite goal! whereas a penalty kick is just a goal scoring opportunity (that they eventually missed). So practically Ghana actually won that match but rules denied them a place in the semis !!
Talking about the Semi Finals and Final game. I cannot rule out Uruguay to make it to Final and even win it. After all, Both Germany and Spain have lost one pool game each; no team is prone to defeat. Remember Paraguay almost defeated Spain in the Quarter Final (another lost penalty kick downed them!)
Cutting my story short. This has turned out to be a fantastic and unpredictable world cup. Well done South Africa for hosting such a marvelous event so successfully.

    Hi, Adnan,

    Thanks for your nice share.

Yes, this year, the World Cup is hard to predict. So many underdogs. :P

The match between Ghana and Uruguay is really great. But I don't think the Uruguayan player is hero. :( Never should a hero do this.

This worldcup has brought more joy to me.
I have been winning on every prediction and I have predicted that Spain will win. The result will be Spain 2, Holland 1. All goals will be scored the second half. But the most exciting story is my getting back with my lost girl friend.
After the Spain - Germany match, I was called on stage to pick my prize when my ticket number was called after a lucky draw was conducted. I heard someone called out a name that nobody knows especially in my present location except she and my mum. I called her on stage, hugged her and without wasting time whispered my marriage proposal into her ear and she accepted by shouting YEAH!! I'LL.
A story that touches my heart. THANK YOU FIFA!!!
