Hello, I've downloaded this application and it was working fine for the past few days.
However, it seems that after downloading other applications & requiring a reboot, I'm unable to get through the lock. The phone starts up after the reboot, however the ilock appears, and i am unable to key in my password.

Hi there, I have the same problem as Valerie here. I can't do anything with my phone anymore, after booting up it just displays the "Enter Password" screen and hangs there.
I can't type anything into the window though. So I'm permanently stuck with that same old screen. Any advice? I can't connect it to the Blackberry Desktop manager either.
Dear, I think that may because you select the "Lock SIM Card" in ilock, if you change you SIM card or pull it out, then restart and enter your phone, ilock will ask you enter password. So, You could enter ilock and select "Options", to cancel "Lock SIM Card". If you have forgot your password, I have sent you a super password, please check your email, thanks!

Hello, I'm trying out iLock as it looked like a program that would be really useful. I installed it and set a password. But now when I try to use it and asks for password, it keeps saying it's wrong and I know it's not, it's a very easy password to remember for me! What can I do? Dear, here, if you did not unlock the pictures, ringtones before you deleting ilock, then the files would be hidden. And if you want to get them back, please reinstall iLock, and enter, to unlock all the items, it would be restore. It is saying that I need to register it even though I bought this app. I keeps showing up everytime I access the program I locked. I don't have a data plan so I can't register it through my phone. I'm confused on what to do.
Sometimes, that is because the system font size too big.
So, please go your phone "Options" >> "Screen/Keyboard" >> "Font Size", to make the size more smaller. Then go back to the app and try to register once again. How about it?
Still gives me same thing, I click on the app, and this is exactly what it tells me "iLock has been expired! If you already bought it, please press the button to register it, if you download it as a trial version, you can buy it at :bb.immmooo.com" I press the Register button and it gives me all these options how i can register it. I choose auto then ok and then it says connecting... and just stays like that.

Please send me a master password. I have opened the app after a long time and do not remember the password. Just a suggestion - Why not include a challenge so that passwords can be recollected within the app itself?

Dear customer,
Please go "Options" >> "Applications" >> "Third Party", find "ilock", the in the list, delete all three modules about ilock, such as "ilockentry"...then, the ilock will be removed from your phone.

when I add the folder to ilock, it is hidden, but when I click to show hidden folders, it appears without entering the password

hi. my blackberry says "DEVICE IS LOCKED" with three options UNLOCK, EMERGENCY CALL and CANCEL with the lock drawing on the lower right side. when i click the unlock option its still lock.. i did not set any passcode. and it does not ask any passcode too. so what will i do to unlock my phone
