- 0. We input your IMEI into our database. This is history!
- 0. An email informing your IMEI being saved in our database will be sent to you, then you can press 'enter' to activate your IMEI and complete the registration; we will also make a short notice at this post's reply for your quick tracking & confirmation. This is history!
- 2. If you bought MyPhone at our partner's sites, you can get activation instantly since 2009-March-19. We have already noted at the the shopping cart to hint you input your IMEI at the order which will make us get the purchase notification automatically. For those who have bought MyPhone at its older version and want to get the latest one. While there are 2 different processes by how you got it fast and easily:
- If you bought MyPhone on MMMOOO Shop or our partner online shops which support updating file function ( and we set free download at updating section). You just need to log in to our shop site and select MyPhone and download it again for the install file has been replaced by the newest one.

In each method, don't forget to tell us your IMEI since previous versions don't include such module or your IMEI is expire. M Boy, Hi M Boy, thank you for your cooperation, but when I press 'enter' to activate it by myself, I get still the "Activation failed!" message! I've tried to connect via WAP and via WI-FI, but the result is ever the same: "Activation failed!". My phone is a Nokia N81 and I've downloaded the application specific for my phone from MMMOOO site after the payment.

Jonah, Thanks a lot! It's working now. But I just have one question if it is a bug. The battery and signal button keeps on blinking at random time. Also, SMS and Missed call notifications doesn't appear at the moment of communication. It appears even though I already read it.

Jonah, hi, there is indeed a special random bug at some 5800 models.
the notification have a lags, cuz the 5800's memory is not so big, so we set 30 seconds to read at each time, if we set 5 seconds to read the phone will be pretty slow.

Ramzi, yes, it's true.
There is a tip: you can assign one of the button to MyPhone, so you can launch MyPhone very quickly. Also, when you want to change to another app or back to S60 ui, you can press 'home/s60 function key' for seconds, then you will switch to change homescreen or other app without quit MyPhone.

activation failed fer me also . . .i deleted the flash file in gallery under others coz i tot its useless coz when i opened it it says trial.After i deleted it and tried to open the software it says there system error.So i uninstalled and reinstalled it again and tired to reactivate it but failed ... do i have to buy it again?

Be easy, there is absolutely no need to buy again for whoever have once paid for MyPhone to get for the very same app.
All you need to do is again input your IMEI in the registration page of MyPhone trial, then the activation will be accomplished.

Hi. I have a Nokia E71. The installation of MyPhone went perfectly.
But I have problems using it. My Home key shows the E71 menu, NOT the MyPhone Menu... What it the point of this BEAUTIFUL iPhone-like menu if I cannot see it when I press my Home key?
Second quesion: the real reason why I bought MyPhone is because of the Unread Message notifier, and Missed Call Notifier. How do you activate this on the E71, please?

I also have an E71, but when I go to register it asks me to allow Java to connect to the network. When I allow it, MyPhone App just closes and nothing happens. How did you get past this error?

this is a flash app. so it won't ask you to allow Java to connect to the network. It should be FlashLite. would you pls download the file again and reinstall it?

I have FlashLite 3.0. I uninstalled and then redownloaded and installed again. I still have the same result. MyPhone opens to a registration window were my IMEI number is (352925021990330) then it tells me to press the Navi-Key to complete registration. When I do this my Nokia E71 asks, "Allow Flash content to establish network connection?" I press yes, then I select a network and the app closes. Nothing is still happening. I know my network is good because it works for other apps.

hey guys, I've tried to try the "trial" of myphone on my Nokia 5800 XM.
After installing it the program asked me to activate (he guys its a trial, why so complicated?).
I really did not like the fact that I was only able to shut the program only by uninstalling it.
An other issue for me is that I found two installer files ("ota...") without any comments (readme file) which one to use.
Finally I have to say this looks by far too experiemental to me and I have decided not even to try it out anymore.

1. You can shut MyPhone by the quit icon in the second slide.
2. We sorry about this, we made a mistake when zipping. The two files are the same, you can use any one of them to install MyPhone. They are for different downloading methods.
3. You can try more about MyPhone and feel the pleasure it brings to you.

I sent the email with the receipt and my IMEI # and got a reply saying that my IMEI # has been entered into the database. But, as someone above experienced, when I try to activate, it asks me where to "Allow flash to establish network connection" and when I pick any of the available ones (tried my data plan as well as my WiFi), the app crashes immediately. ;-------(

This problem happened due to the the Nokia phones' Flash lite firmware bug, and it's not related with the APP or content itself.
You can try to solve the problem by:
* Update your phone's firmware to newest version, this may solve this bug, but may also not
* Change your language to another lauguage, this may solve this problem with very high rate
* Update your Flash lite player to Fl 3.1 ( this is not applicable yet now
And make sure that your data plan can access to not only wap serviece, but also www service .

Cos the limit of phone memory of E61, we cancel the function of icon moving in this version. If you still want to move icons, we can send you an old version, but there's no weather and rss functions.

hi, our dear customer, good day! let me explain to you: the E61 runs a Fl 1.0 player, also it's a very old phone, then MyPhone require a little bit memory to run the sms notification function and moving icons these function. that's the reason E61 can not realize all the function at the same time( and E71, E63, N78.. these phones can run all of the functions at same time)

Well... that's a strange issue because the nokia sofware market notified your prog as compatible with my Nokia 5800 xpressmusic ! So does it mean that I was traped like other users? Then what about a potential refund of my purchase?

It write "Activation failed" when i press "Activate" in the application.
I try to activate by wifi but when i try to Activate i get Message "Activation failed".

It's the good IMEI, the good connection... but the product does not function good.
I bought the product myphone in 8 may. It's so long for use it !!!

hello, i had an 5800 with myphone on it and i paid for it and it was activated and working perfect however, i had to get sent a new 5800 because it was running slow and kept freezing when turning on. i installed my phone on the new 5800 but of course i have a new IMEI number so when i go to activated it, it doesn't work becuase that number does not much my account
