格机前需要先做一些准备，首先要为手机做备份，然后要记录软件的用户名、密码等信息，以免丢失。按理说，做的备份应该能备份A4输入法，如果你装了A4输入法也建议你把A4输入法的词库copy到内存卡上。
备份有两种方式一种是通过pc套件连接，选择备份，把文件备份到电脑上。另一种是在工具-实用程序-存储卡-选项-备份手机存储。通过手机备份的备份文件会放在存储卡的backup隐藏文件夹中。
