Sorry. You probably wont get a reply. You can wait for months to hear from Blackberry as it is probably a Blackberry problem and nothing to do with Weather Plus.

Have reply you , sorry about it is a little late..
Had sensible response from WeatherPlus and able to load programme but as soon as I changed fahrenheit to celsius (which was accepted) mobile screen froze. I tried several tines to see if I had done anything wrong but in the end abandoned it and deleted the software.
